G&P successfully completed the project for our client, by providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials, led by a dedicated project manager who ensured seamless planning, scheduling, and communication throughout. All work was carried out in full compliance with OSHA standards, local permitting requirements, and proper licensing, insurance, and bonding. As part of the scope, G&P acquired and removed a wide range of facility assets not retained by the client, including pallet racking, conveyors, mezzanines, packaging equipment, and IT infrastructure. Key services included the safe disconnection and removal of electrical and sprinkler systems, demolition of mezzanines, guardrails, fencing, and conveyance systems, as well as the removal of cabling, compressors, signage, and anchor bolts. To maximize value, G&P left the facility in a pristine, white-box condition—clean, debris-free, and ready to be returned to the landlord. This project showcases our ability to deliver turnkey decommissioning solutions with efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction at the forefront.
