When Everything Has To Go

Facing a tight deadline and a massive project, G&P once again demonstrated its exceptional capabilities. We successfully decommissioned a 750,000-square-foot e-commerce distribution center, handling every aspect of the process with efficiency and expertise. The project involved dismantling and removing all facility components, including a three-level pick module, conveyance systems, pack stations, IT equipment, pallet racks, bolted racks, lift equipment, and balers—essentially everything required to operate such a large-scale facility. G&P effectively managed the sale of items and hosted an auction, ultimately restoring the facility to a "white box" condition, ready for the landlord. This project underscores our ability to deliver comprehensive material handling solutions, even under the most challenging conditions.
